Shipping & Returns
We only deliver products within the EU. All orders received will be shipped within the next 5 business days when we have stock available. If your item is not available from stock, you will receive an email, no later than the working day after your order, confirming the estimated ship date. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email giving details, including the expected delivery date and the shipping method.

For large orders, at our discretion, we reserve the right to make additional security checks, for which purpose we may contact you via email or phone. In certain cases we reserve the right, at our discretion to charge your card up to 7 days before shipping, in order to verify the payment. You will be informed if these procedures affect your order.
 
Delivery: We plan to deliver within 1-2 weeks of order, unless otherwise stated in the product details. You may track your order by logging onto your account. You are welcome to discuss your order by email or phone, but please check your online account first.
 
Downloads: Some of our products are available by download only. You can download them, after your payment is received, on your order details page.
 
Shipping rates are based on order weight and delivery address.
